Miriam’s experience in managing advocacy and strategic engagements helps her foster strong client relationships and ensure their digital objectives are met. As a vital point of contact, Miriam is able to quickly understand the needs and nuance of every client request and draw from the resources of Connections Media to make it happen. To support the agency’s digital insight clients, she breaks down intricate data demands to deliver clear, actionable results. Before joining CM, Miriam offered digital and traditional PR support to clients at CURA Strategies and as a contractor for the Department of Homeland Security. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications and Hispanic studies from Boston College.

What’s the best part about being an account manager?

Easily the fact that I get to work across all of the other teams and leverage all of the incredible skill sets, creativity, and ingenuity everyone brings to the table in service of the client – it inspires me to continue to challenge the traditional way of providing value – both internally and externally.
