As the mastermind behind our Digital Analytics and Insights team, Chris develops distinctive strategies and tools that help clients gain a deep understanding of their digital objectives and identify opportunities for growth. His skills turning raw data from website traffic, social media, advertising and search engine rankings into actionable intelligence provides a foundation for our successful strategic recommendations and content guidance. Leveraging his previous experience at Stanley Black & Decker, Chris has created comprehensive and flexible dashboards, developed advanced analytics segments to improve website performance, implemented SEO best practices for content creation and more. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Johns Hopkins University.

What’s a typical day for you?

I come into three or four types of unrelated math and database problems and solve them through a combination of pulling data from various locations, Excel wizardry and modeling things in R (a statistical modeling software). Then I communicate the results to clients and explain what’s working and why.

If you had to live in a different decade, what would it be and why?

I would fast forward to the 2130s. I feel like it would be an interesting decade, because it’s far enough in the future that things would be different, but close enough to see how we got from here to there.

Favorite social media platform and why?

Reddit, because the entire structure is built to be conversational and highlight back and forth dialogue and an exchange of ideas.
